Fit & Function

Rex is designed for dogs with a narrower facial structure, but who are smaller overall than dogs who fit into the Neli dog muzzle. It offers a lightweight, secure fit, ideal for small slimmer-headed dogs.

Breed Guidance

We do not recommend sizing based solely on breed due to the variability within each breed. However, to provide a general idea, the Rex size may fit the following breeds (note: this is not an exhaustive list):

• Small Spaniels
• Petite Collies
• Long-nosed Cockerpoos
• Small Whippets
• Small poodle
• Small crossbreeds
• Saluki
• Medium Terrier type
• Small Australian shepherd

Noseband Options

The only difference between a standard and * noseband is the width. The * noseband features a 38mm Biothane band, which can add a bit of extra length when paired with the basket. The basket itself remains the same.

The standard Rex dog muzzle weighs approximately 144 grams.
